Covid-19 Statement

Thank you for choosing to stay at The Royal Harbour Hotel. We want you to enjoy your visit to Ramsgate and feel assured that you are staying in a safe environment.

Below are the steps we have taken to protect our guests and staff against Covid-19. Our team will be on hand during your stay but will be observing a safe distance.

To control traffic through the hotel guests checking in are requested to ring the doorbell and wait outside to be greeted by a member of the reception team.

Our team will be cleaning and disinfecting frequently through the hotel, with special attention paid to high-touch

Our premises have been subjected to UV Fogging to optimise disinfection.

We have installed sensor operated hand sanitiser dispensers on every floor and foot openers on all fire doors.

All TV remote controls are stored in plastic sleeves to aid effective cleaning.
Please do not remove the remotes from these sleeves.

Windows are kept open as much as possible to ensure a good flow of fresh air.

Linen is washed at a high temperature for optimal disinfection.

We no longer accept cash as a means of payment.

We have introduced contactless check-out for all guests.

Guests and team members have access to masks and gloves.

Breakfast is delivered to you to enjoy in your room or takeaway.

During your stay we will not clean your room. Please note we reserve the right to enter your room in the event of an emergency.

If you require clean towels please bring your used towels to reception and we will replace them.
